Governance

 
The NYSSCPA is governed by a 39-member board of directors that includes seven officers: president, president-elect, four vice presidents, and a secretary/treasurer who serve a one-year term beginning June 1 and ending May 31 the following year. Directors-at-large and directors as chapter representatives hold office for three years. The executive director serves as a non-voting member of the board.
